Refining my Strategy

OK, I have been on WW for several weeks and I have lost 5.6 pounds. I consider that pretty sad. Yes, at least it is something but I haven't been giving this even a 50% effort except for the first week.

Why? Mostly because I hate making dinner. Today I found a slow cooker site that I hadn't seen before. Nice easy recipes that will work with WW. http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/
I have certainly heard of it before but today I am taking a serious look. Goodness knows I need help.

I also made a list of the drive-thru foods that are within my points range so that when I don't make dinner I don't blow it either. Jack-in-the-Box, Chicken Fajita Pita is 8 points. Lost of flavor, some veggies and protein too. It's all good!

Also, I am buying fruit but not cutting it up (I do like Tuscan Melons). So I have decided to buy grapes, apples which are yummy now, bananas - you get it. Fruit that doesn't have to be cut up. I get my veggies from soup. I love making soup. At least I do that and take it for lunch with a little sandwich.

I need a recipe for microwaving an egg to put on a english muffin in the mornings. Wow - do I sound dumb or what? What I mean is, what can you put the egg in that is safe. I guess just glass. I will have to test it out. I don't want the frozen sandwiches and I don't want to get out the frying pan. For the same reason I don't want to make dinner - there is too other much more interesting things to do!
